| Beschreibung: | On January 26, 2023, my next English MSC 8-week course in presence will begin, and I will be co-teaching it together with Wiebke Pausch. In the course you will learn to adopt the inner attitude of self-compassion, namely to meet yourself in the same understanding and supportive way as you do a good friend. An adventure in self-knowledge and self-compassion from January 26 to March 16, 2023 with a retreat day on Saturday Saturday February 25 from 10 am - 2 pm. The course takes place in person in Berlin-Pankow (venue to be confirmed) and costs 430 Euro / 480 Euro / 530 Euro on a sliding scale.
