| Beschreibung: | This mini workshop is open to everyone and offers a mix of short talks, experiential exercises and an introductory meditation, providing a sneak-peek into the 8-week program starting in 2019. Participants will also get a taste of the supportive group format designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. No attendance fee, donations welcome for space rental and the Teachers.
